  1. Q. What is the role/mission of the Sambhav School?

    Ans. Sambhav School (Jaipur) has been started with a mission to provide special education at various levels in the field of Autism and Multiple Disabilities. It also conducts training programmes for qualified Professionals/ Personnel in the area of Special Education.


  2. Q. What is AUTISM

    Ans. Autism is a complex developmental disorder that appears at birth or within the first three years of childhood. It is a neurological disorder that impacts the normal functioning of the brain and the development in areas of social interaction, communication skills, thought and behaviors.


  3. Q. What are the main symptoms of AUTISM

    Ans. Both children and adults with autism typically show difficulties in social interactions, communication and leisure or playing activities. A child with autism is usually not interested in playing certain games, such as peek-a-boo; does not begin to talk; and does not hear, yet at other times, he or she may appear to hear a distant background noise, such as the whistle of a train.


  4. Q. What are the special teaching methods used at Sambhav School

    Ans. We have developed several unique methods to deal with children with autism and offered differential curriculum to each child to meet their need. With gradual improvement, we witnessed the children benefit from these special programs as they are particularly designed to fight with autism.
